How do I resize the split view?
Drag the small handle between the two panels. On iPhone, tap and hold the gray bar between tabs, then slide to adjust the size.
Why can't I mute YouTube or TikTok?
Some major platforms use native media players that can override volume controls on iOS. Our mute button works reliably on most sites, but a small number of platforms may behave differently due to system-level restrictions.
How do Workspaces work?
Workspaces let you save your current tabs and split layout, then restore them anytime. Enable Auto-Save in the Workspaces menu to automatically keep your session updated.
Is my data tracked or collected?
No. SplitSecuredBrowser does not collect, track, or sell any user data. Your browsing activity stays on your device.
How do I enable Face ID lock?
Open the menu (grid icon in the tab bar) → Settings → toggle "Lock with Face ID." The app will require Face ID or your device passcode whenever it's reopened.
Does it work on Mac?
Yes. SplitSecuredBrowser runs natively on iPhone, iPad, and Mac with platform-optimized layouts for each device.
